Growing up, my dad was building a boutique construction company, I grew up will small business building decisions discussed over the dinner table. I started my career working for him for a year as the lowliest admin. Since then, I have spent almost five years in the operations departments of small and medium organizations in the US and UK. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the confused.

I have naturally become someone who provides support to small business founders, working with a sustainability focused grocery service, a gender neutral fashion brand, and an accessible perfume business. I have seen how lonely and overwhelming being a founder can be, especially when you’ve set yourself the extra challenge of operating in an ethical way.
